Orders and Shipping

That is mainly depends on your location. We ship out all the orders in a few days (as you see in the product description). US orders are shipped by UPS regular which takes 2-7 days to arrive to your location. Canadian packages are shipped by UPS, CanadaPost or Purolator, whichever offers the best shipping options.

Under My Account / Addresses you can update your registered Billing and Shipping addresses

As soon as your ordered items are shipped, you will be notified about this good news by email including your tracking number(s). You can also check the tracking information under the “My Account” menu.

No. We do not get your card information, you give your credit or debit card information directly to PayPal / Square which are pretty safe.

We do not charge sales taxes for US customers, but we charge HST / GST for Canadian customers.

We ship all the listed items only to the US and Canada by default. If you want some items from our shop shipped outside of our shipping area, please send us your wanted items and your full address to check the shipping options to your location.

This depends on the ordered items, most of the times we try to ship all the ordered items in one package, but there are limitations in both weight and dimensions, so the one box shipment cannot be guaranteed for all orders.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We offer 30-day-no-question-asked return and exchange to all our Customers, however the original shipping cost is not refundable and the return shipping cost (and in case of exchange, the new shipping cost) must be paid by the customer. Returned items must be in impeccable condition. We do not accept used or damaged items. The return and exchange policy apply to every type of items, except the customized orders. If the package arrives damaged, our customer is eligible for restitution, and we will resend the order.

In case you receive a wrong item, you can keep it and immediately we ship your ordered item(s).
If you items arrive damaged, we must receive pictures of the broken product and packaging. Since all the shipped items are insured, the parcel company will handle the issue, and we send you the replacement item(s).

Before your ordered items get shipped you may change your shipping address in the “My Account” menu. After your shipment dispatched, we cannot guarantee to update the shipping address, and if UPS or Purolator will do that, it cost $15-25 the address correction (this cost is charged by the shipping company)
You can easily cancel an order if the ordered items are not yet shipped. After your items are shipped, you must receive them first and then contact us for the return process.
